Oh no! Your defenders have entered the Life Sized Chess Tournament (LSCT), and have prepared the pieces. Suddenly, some cats have somehow found a way to corrupt chess pieces to not only ruin the tournament, but to take over the world with the pieces. Quick, protect the king from the checkmate to prevent the cats from escaping! Rules: 1. Don't be OP. 2. No editing characters 3. If a defender is already a certain chess piece (eg the Knight), don't be that piece. 4. Enemies do NOT have to move like a chess piece (eg, a Bishop moving forward) 5. Don't completely derail the project. 6. Your characters don't have to be a chess piece. 7. Add your defenders to the defenderpedia. ===Defenderpedia=== Defenders: The Knight: One of the last special pieces that have NOT been captured by the cats. Just like he originally did, the Knight hops in an 'L' shape to attack. However, he can also damage the enemies in mid air. The Archer: Was not captured because he isn't from the original game, he is from ChessCraft. Targets enemies before launching a volley of arrows at them. Although, his cooldown is slow. The Bishop: It can only dashes along going for a diagonal attack. This piece approximately equal in strength to a knight but, only remains on one square color. Teramage: Pretending to know why he's here (he doesn't), he fires a relatively constant steam of magic bolts with great dps, but the bolts turn uncontrollably. The Catapult: Coming from Faerie Chess, all the Catapult knows is one thing and one thing only: Yeet giant rocks and occasionally itself. (does massive damage in an area either way) The Inquisitor: Also coming from Faerie Chess, when a cat gets close to the Inquisitor, it starts asking so many questions that the cats can't answer in time. They are greatly slowed down and rapidly take damage due to this. Moves up and down, 2 spaces at a time. Enemies: Pawn: Once a pawn that would be put into friendly matches with the opposing team, it is now controlled by the cats. The pawns have about 10 HP. Rook: The cats have managed to control rooks, but the problem is that they don't know how to use them. For this reason, they use them as shields but move like a snail. The rooks have about 20 HP. Queen: The cats have taken over the strongest chess piece; the queen, with its immense power, and blurring speed. They will make the queen dodge attacks by moving diagonally. The Queen has about 80hp. Other: The King: He is the one we need to protect from the checkmate. If he is caught it is game over!
