Modern Warfare tactics were abandoned, and new ones adopted. Some empires fell, others rose. Out of the ashes the world entered a new age. Nuclear war ravaged the face of the earth, with one particular area known as "The Outlands" being completely scorched by nuclear fire. All nations are grim, dark versions of what once was. These days, it seems like totalitarianism is the only way to keep people in check. but some nations make due without dictators.
