Allows the user to generate physical slicers that can be used to split things apart, extract things, or very carefully sew. The things cut by these slicers can also be transported via Slicer Gas Carry. (transforms slicers into gas, allowing them to float objects around. This requires a little bit of energy though, and slicers do not last long, so shields cannot be created.)
