an effect tutorial: to get this effect, first create a sprite with a diamond shape. make it constantly grow larger and increase its mosiac. now make a sprite that is a vertical line. make this sprite constantly create clones that go to a random x position for a short time, then get deleted. duplicate this sprite 2 times. then another, and change that third duplicate to a spot. don't know how to do this in code form. use your backpack to take the sprites inside this project.
