Welcome to the first episode of Distants Explained. Here I will be explaining Bendy's character, and what happened to him before he arrived in Game World. Please note that these events only take place during the timeline of BATIM, and doesn't have anything to do with BATDR. Also, all characters used belong to TheMeatly Games, but this story was made up entirely and is not completely canon. Bendy, although he seems happy during most chapters of Rising Threats, is actually one of the saddest characters in Distants Canon. He started out as a creation of the Ink, knowing nothing about himself or who he was before. He was happy for a while, just vibing with the recreations of Boris and Alice (No, it's not Alison or her Twisted version) up until Ink Bendy, who they'd been keeping locked up below the studio, broke free and began wreaking havoc. The staff were evacuated, but Bendy and his friends were left behind. They were found by Ink Bendy, who introduced himself as a good guy (He wasn't). For a while, he took care of the three, and protected them from Twisted Alice, who also roamed the studio, desperate to become beautiful again. Then Henry returned to the studio. This was when Ink Bendy revealed his true self. He became toxic, manipulative, and controlling to Bendy and his friends, forcing them to help him k!ll Henry by tricking him into trusting them. Boris, however, refused, and then left them to live alone. Alice and Bendy stayed with Ink Bendy, and the two of them lured Henry into his trap.
<continued> At least, Alice did until Boris was caught by her Twisted counterpart. When Ink Bendy refused to save him, she tried to leave as well. Unfortunately, Ink Bendy wouldn't let her. He instead willingly gave her to Alice to convince her to assist him in his evil plans. He didn't even try to trade her for Boris, who'd become Brute Boris by now. Bendy was forced to watch as Brute Boris ripped his only true friend apart. And then Henry found out the truth about Bendy being a spy and lying to him after defeating Brute Boris. Ink Bendy, who didn't want to risk being k!lled as well, used Bendy as a distraction while he got away. Bendy and Henry were both captured by Alison and Tom. When Ink Bendy found them and they were left behind by the pair, Henry kept Bendy trapped (and Bendy did nothing because guilt). Ink Bendy tried to convince Bendy to help him again, but Bendy refused. Furious, Ink Bendy went berserk, transformed into his Beast Bendy form, and proceeded to chase him around the studio. Henry intercepted him, though. After that, it was just him going through with the game's final boss while Bendy cowered and stayed away from the fight. Then he found the portal to Game World. The two of them, with the assistance of Tom and Alison (they found a way around that annoying Ink river), trapped Ink Bendy inside the studio, which was beginning to fall apart, and went through the portal. They were safe, and Ink Bendy was trapped. At least, they thought so...
