So, while I was drawing this, I thought, “Hey, I should make a sub-species of impostor that acts like an impostor just more deadly” Here’s the first ever OC of that species. I’m trying a new shading style, which will only be found in my IbisPaint art style since it’ll be hard to master on vector and bitmap. And it won’t look as good. Anyways, this parasitic creature is in the form of a black blob with red eyes, that usually morphs into a crewmate. They can either morph or infect a crewmate. Their goal is to dominate the crew and become the leader of a infectious society, and Polus often receives many attacks from these kinds of creatures. Thankfully, there are few remaining of them, but it’s also bad for the environment because these power-hungry beasts keep other bad creatures away, ones that would totally annihilate the crew. The way to tell the difference between an impostor and this parasite is their tendrils. When impostors show their tendrils, they have dark tendrils that are the same color as them just a darker color, but these parasites have a similar version but red eyes form on their tendrils, and will soon spread red veins across their body. Also, parasites can change their color easier without having to use an egg to morph like impostors. The true name of the parasite creature is Varocs. To anyone questioning, “Is there blue team Varocs?” No. These creatures do not like crewmates at all, nor get along with them. And since there are less and less of them, there is lesser of a chance for one of them to be nice. Welp that’s all the lore you get bye!
