Kato (The User) was very intelligent from the age of 3 and he's intelligent form into a stand at the age of 12 and was upper class and a rich and easy life but he chose to abandon his parents cause they only view him as a trophy, and he creates technology to improve his stands flaws and he is still very wealthy. One Vision: It has the ability to make patrols to point A to B and or point C to D . Its Secondary ability is to resize the portal to remove the target's limbs or part of an item. The third and final ability called in other words is to weld and automatically teleport to a pocket dimension which the user can fully control.
