So I like to bake, right. When I was in middle school I basically tried to make croissants. I folded the butter and all that. and I remember this really clearly. My parents got super pissed at me for making the croissants and then not eating them (because I don't really like eating croissants, I just wanted to bake.) and they threatened to make me eat the whole batch or something. Honestly, I low key deserved it. But I'm also now just scared of croissants.
