Coal fell into an uneasy sleep next to Ash and his kits. When he awoke he thought he must have walked in his sleep. He was in a starry field. 'Where am I?' he thought A brown tabby tom padded up to him. Coal realized that he looked like one of the cats that he had seen d3@d in the Nightclan clearing. "Who are you?" Coal asked "My name is Owlflight" the tom answered "And I'm here to tell you something very important." Coal blinked, confused, but answered anyway "What do you need to tell me?" he asked curiously "You don't belong with twolegs" Owlflight said "You belong with Song in Nightclan." Coal bristled "No" he snarled "I'm never going back there, and it's no use trying to convince me." Owlflight sighed "I told you it was a lost cause" "Who-?" said Coal, then he saw the tom who must have been Song's mate "You!" he hissed "Woah chill out" Song's mate said "I know many things that you don't, and you wouldn't want to get on my bad side" Before Coal could throw a retort the world faded around him and he was back next to Ash and his kits. But- Amber was gone!
