Yes he's based off of Almond Water from the Backrooms! XD If he's in an RP, he's probably going to be a humanoid cat with elk antlers that have moss and ivy wrapped around them(in my RPs, it's called an 'ariquart'. Ariquarts can be just humanoid cats, or humanoid cat hybirds, like humanoid cats with wings or antlers or fins). But regular cats are just easier to draw.
