The first one is Papyrus, I usually draw papyrus as a joke instead of as less of a joke, but this turned out pretty well :D (Papyrus is from Undertale) The second one is Older Sasha, from Amphibia not a lot of good references from google so I used the one labeled as older Sasha. (Sorry if this isn't what you wanted)
