~ Winter poked his head up from the pile his siblings had made on him. More twolegs were here. He wondered which one of the kittens they had come for this time. His unspoken question was soon answered. His mother's keeper picked him up, lifting him away from his siblings. The other kittens paid no mind, but his mother followed the twolegs as they carried him into the next room. Words were exchanged between the taller creatures, but the cats paid them no mind. After all, the mother and son were saying goodbye for the last time. ... It was only a short car ride later before Winter reached his new keeper's house. It was completely white on the outside, with sharp, shapeless walls, and it was /huge/-- much larger than the home his mother had. The moment his keeper got out of the car, Winter in his arms, another twoleg burst from the door, letting out excited little squeals. /Two keepers/ Winter thought, purring at the gentle touch of furless hands. ... Winter was not Winter anymore. It was easy enough to pick up his new name-- Susurri, a name in another language, something elegant and pretty. He didn't mind it, though he did mourn the loss of his mother-given name-- though maybe he was just being silly. ... It took him a quarter moon to find the open window in the lowest level of the house. His keepers never went down there. Susurri understood, given how cold it was and how there was nothing down there but some old boxes and stone. He left the window alone. ... Three more days was all it took to gather the courage to go outside. It was cold, and he stayed out for a few moments before withdrawing and racing up the stairs to his bed. ... But the next day, he left to explore. And the rest is about to unfold. ~ ~ The first 'plot' for my newest character, Susurri! He's a kittypet kitten who's just been adopted ( well, technically bought from a breeder ) and he's ready to explore his new environment! Thanks to his owners having a forgotten open window in their basement ( rip to their heating bill, by the way ) he's free to explore! And explore he will... my boy is very curious :D So basically to explain this I'm going to be keeping track of his life through 'arcs'! Arcs can absolutely be triggered by in RP events, but I have one or two up my sleeve as well to put into play, hopefully sometime soon! This is kinda rushed but oh well! Also the background is generated I can't draw that well lol ~
