However, the soldiers under the NTF refuse to surrender, while organized militants cause a rebellion to spring up in Blark, the most volatile of the Toxios's provinces. Soldiers at Bucketeen Isles also refuse to surrender. "Glory to the NTF!" Mark Thunderberg says on an audio file sent to the rebellion in Blark from Infinilite.
