Date Log: 12/12/2022 Coordinate system and placeholder walking 12/13/2022 Sprinting system is up and running and a map has been added so you can see where you are 12/14/2022 Added placeholder testing items around the map, and a temporarily nonfunctional inventory interface 12/25/2022 Items can now be picked up, and placed in inventory. 12/31/2022 Added a working and reliable dialog system, T to test it. Bad news is that I realized I had made some fatal mistake with having items in the places that I wanted them to be, I'll have to completely redesign it. 1/1/2023 Happy new year! Found an equation that fixed the weird movement of objects on the map problem. Still a bit wonky though. 2/15/2023 Been a while since Ive worked on this Ill admit, but I made a lot of progress today. Added a functional though somewhat annoying barrier system. I also entirely finished the process of going inside houses and outside. Current To-Do list: -Try to make the movement system less wonky if possible Notes: -Need some inventory art & all numbers in the dialog font -Not sure if we really need the coordinate system all that much, its only useful for a couple of things involving where the player is located.
