Roklon is a northern district in the Novaberskan Union that doesn't speak Novaberskan and English, but speaks Raqlatuq and English. It is the coldest and most targeted by enemy nations. The capital is Taqnaaqaqaar. Roklon is the biggest district, putting the Western District in second place.
