With lose on the horizon, The Bucketeen Council makes a final decision to remove themselves from the war and enhance the Grand Mox Gem so that it creates an impenetrable forcefield where nobody can enter or exit. Bucketeen will be cutting itself off from the rest of the world for the foreseeable future. All this is done in an attempt to keep any form of freedom alive.
