Hoping that the same thing doesn't happen to Tevania as what happened to Fazastan during Cyrus Franz III's reign, President Harrington hopes to establish diplomatic ties with the new ruler as he fears invasion from the Opuran region. Experts, however, suggest that it's a bad idea due to the unpredictability of this new ruler and the fact that the meaning could actually strengthen the overthrown country rather than establish friendship.
