As part of President Joel B. Harrington's ambitions involving manpower, he ordered the commision of Project "Little Big Bill"—named after his son "Bill Kaleb Harrington"—and started production of hypersonic missiles. The plan was to build up to 1,000 missile launchers with each one carrying up to 3 hypersonic missiles, but the project itself will take years to complete due to the complexity of making the missiles that go over Mach 5. As of recording this buildup, only 87 M-31 Little Bills have been made alongside almost 50 Bullet Bill Mach 6s that will be implemented into the M-31 Little Bills in trios. TL;DR: Fazastan expands its hypersonic technology in hopes of reaching one of the president's military ambitions
