As we enter the first few moments of the new year. i want to take a moment to reflect on all the memories we’ve made, all the treasures we’ll look back on, the laughs we’ve shared, and everything and anything in between. For me, personally, 2022 was a formative year. This was the year i met some of my best friends, like cate and alice, and reconnected with some old ones as well, like relinq and bonzo. As most of you know, puella magi midori magica (or pmmim if you don’t have much time) was a really formative part of my art and story writing abilities. I first found that it existed in june of last year, but I didn’t interact with the authors or fandom until january of this year, when i decoded to post a piece of fanart i lazily drew on google canvas in the middle of english class. I admit, i was scared at first, thinking i’d get ridiculed or outcasted, but the fandom was really welcoming to me!; it felt like home. In the following month, something wonderful happened. I forgot how it started, but i made a friend. Cate. Then Alice. Then Ender, then Nutmeg, then Marley, and so on and so forth. Without midori magica i never would've met these crazy kids, my best friends, and i never would've gotten into art as a whole. Hell, i could sitll be making crappy "animations" trying to get fame. But now, i don't have to do that. I have you guys. Near the end of march, i got in a large, and i mean LARGE heap of trouble, courtesy of...well, me. Scratch had steadily been taking over my mind, my grades, etc. I was on my computer messaging you guys all day, unintentionally being antisocial right around the time i needed friends in real life. The punishment i got did me good though; not to say you guys were the problem, but that taught me to manage the balane between my internet priorites, and education/family priorities. (Granted every morning in winter break thus far i layed in my bed on my switch from 7 to 12, further exacerbated by me getting pokemon violet for christmas, but my point still stands also has anyone seen the master emerald i can't seem to locate it but anyways this one goes out to my mom; here i come rougher, than th-) It's been a crazy year. There have bean some real high ups, and some really low downs. But let's not look on the past, aside from the good times. Turn your head to the future. To the new memories to be made. To the light of the day. To the open-armed winter wind. Lose yourself, in the symphony of your life yet to come. Cheers to the new year. Your old pal, - Cam.

BONZO- a dude equally as poggers as relinq. that's for sure. you're also a good person to ask if i'd ever have issues, or at least i can assume that XD- you're a kick-you-know-what game dev (i kow scratch itself can be...limiting) and you know your memes well. best wishes for the new year. keep on vibin. ALICE- i- w- where do i start XD- (terribly apparently-) there's just.... a lot i can say about you. Your art is amazing, and i get really excited whenever you make art or an animation, or- anything legitimately. You're really fun to be around and talk to too. Even if you don't think it, i know you're a great person. You've got a spark to ya, and it just shines through your words and art. Don't let that spark go out. CATE- again, where do i start XD- you're an amazing, kind, funny, and all-around sweet person. i hope you remember that, and me. Your talent just seeps through our art, and it's always nice to just spark up a conversation and cool down from the world. you have a gift, a real special one too; your kindness. Use it often, and use it well. Change the world. NUTMEG: I feel like i don't talk with you as much as the others, but i appreciate your company all the same. in terms of art, it's straight out of cartoon, which i really like! you're an equally funny person, so share that. share your art, share your humor, with the world. i know you've got ti in you. MARLEY- anyone ever tell you how good your art is? i know i have. right now. a second ago XD- but it's not just your art that makes you a good friend- it's your understanding of m e m e s- okay but like- overall, you're cool. always have been, i bet you will be into the farthest future. RAIN- i haven't known you for long. maybe like 3 months. but you have- you have something really special in you. not just your art. it's in YOU. while you can get me concerned sometimes, you don't need to put yourself down. i love your characters, your art, and it's been a great ride so far. cheers to the new moments we can make to remember at the end of this new year. SABRINA- Bean. Absolute Bean XD- the way you're funny yet still casual in conversations, the quality and effort you put into your art, it's- it's something to look at. to look up to. you're a great human being. i bet personally you have great things ahead of you. And finally. to anyone else i forgor (:skull:) to mention, i care about you too. all the same. you guys are- AMAZING, funny, kind, intelligent, brave, etc etc etc artists. This year has been amazing. I turned 13, forged new bonds, made a frick ton of art, and found some new passions. New friends. New memories. New spaces in my heart for all the passions, friends, and memories.
