[Click to zoom.] Hi guys! I'm so sorry for not posting recently, but I can blame artblock and an intense art style crisis for that. :,) Anyhow, I saw some pictures online of a semirealism art style, and I went, "That's really pretty" And so you know how I was in an art style crisis? A really intense one? I decided to use my symmetry tool (due to artblock) and attempt semirealism. I am aware that the skin tone is a bit strange but I have wiggle room since it is an ELF. Thanks. ~ Koi If somebody has tips on how to draw a front view nose and not make it look flat the way it looks right now please tell me? I am used to anime and this type of nose looks fine on anime faces but on semirealism it looks very flattened.
Thanks to @Colorsnatch for the zooming code. Art is mine. Character does not belong to anyone. Music: Flower Dance - DJ Okawari Time taken: Like roughly 3 hours App: Krita No blending modes were used! Except Linear Burn for the lineart. I handpicked all the colors for the face and hair. (which is probably why they look so off) I am decently happy how this turned out! It's not the best of course but considering I used a symmetry tool, it couldn't have been that bad lol Perhaps the eyes are a tad bit too shiny? My least favorite part has got to be the lips. Edit: Looking back, I feel like the eyes are a bit too high. Idk, is that just personal opinion?
