until i get the iconic intro cutscene revealing the basic lore of story of undertale done, i figured i'd publicize some importantish lore so everybody knows stuff beforehand first; incels and sigmas incels being the smelly, non-magic humans, and sigmas being us wholesome 100 based gigachad scratchers with cool OCs that have sans-like magic powers they both went to war because the sigmas flexed their epic gamer swag too much and the incels attacked out of jealousy (they couldn't cope and seethe) i have NO idea how but the incels won so the sigmas got sealed in the fabled mt. mountain y eah second; WHERE WAS HE ON APRIL 1ST, 202X? so why exactly did mr. dude c. 1000 climb mt. mountain in the first place??? nobody knows why frisk/chara climbed mt. ebott luckily. i have an answer. they were both super bored mr. dude simply requires entertainment, and he often finds fun in turning entire races to dust unfortunately that's considered "illegal," "downright evil," and "punishable by death" :nerd: among incels so he proceeds to seek out an opportunity to do advanced hunting or make some cool new friends, depending on what mood he's in frisk probably had similar motives or smthn idk third: the cutlery monarchy two kings took to ruling the sigma kingdom after they were forced underground by the morbidly obese clan; night (fork guy) and--yes, this is his real name--cereal lord (spoon guy) (and their relationship was definitely platonic) one day, they did a super cool magic ritual and spawned a daughter of their own out of stardust, puppet stuffing, and thin air i guess they called her mirclie cutlery, the spork child, the young puppeteering artist of death, rebirth, and plushies, the goddess of sigmas, and the cutlery family's royal heir to the throne however, another day, an incel child fell into the grounded under (his name is boat. period included) and basically started a whole bunch of drama that got both him and mirclie unalived (you probably know the lore, and if not, too bad go watch the tapes in true lab) and now night and cereal lord are divorced night runs a small, edgy colony and cereal lord is still the head honcho of the sigmas and mirclie has no soul anymore and that's about it really in general
