As of the recent colonialism of Lunderville as well as their growing influence around the world, Fazastan and its people fear a potential exploitation of these colonies for their economic and military advantages in the foreseeable future. For such reasons, President Joel B. Harrington issued the "Ground Rights Act" in which other countries around the world will no longer interfere with continents beyond their mainland territory especially when establishing new colonies (colonies made before the Act won't be affected of course). However, experts in diplomacy suggest that worldwide tensions will be on the horizon should this act be passed to the legislatures. President Harrington of course just wants to make sure that Lunderville shouldn't be taken control by the wrong person, so he conducted the Whitesnake Summit in order to discuss how to peacefully control future spheres of influence around other countries especially when it comes to the scenario in which Lunderville becomes corrupted by an unprecedented dictatorship.
