Hallo. Dragon tutorial for yall because I'm a good persin ouo I am NOT a professional, so don't take tips from me. I just draw a few lines and it becomes a dragon. This is my character, so no stealing, but you may redraw her in your style. Her name is Tilhi and she is based off of a bird called the Bohemian Waxwing.
