This project helps you estimate the locations of the 128 strongholds generated in the Java edition of Minecraft. CONTROLS: Press SPACE to show/hide coordinates of estimated locations. HOW TO USE: 1 ––––– Travel to a predicted stronghold location and throw an eye of ender. Follow the eye until you find a stronghold, as you would do in a normal survival world. 2 ––––– Record the coordinates of the stronghold you found. Based on its distance to Spawn, figure out which ring the stronghold is in. (Ring numbers are shown in red, distances are shown in black). 3 ––––– Click the "Add Stronghold" button and enter in the stronghold's ring number and X and Z coordinates. The predictions will recalibrate. You only need to enter information from one stronghold per ring. 4 ––––– The new, calibrated predictions should be close to the actual stronghold locations. Again, travel to the newly predicted coordinates, and throw an ender eye to guide you to the nearest stronghold. 5 ––––– Repeat for all 128 strongholds. IN SHORT: enter in information from 8 strongholds (1 from each ring). Now that the predictions will be a lot more accurate, press space to access a full list of predicted stronghold coordinates.
