Though education in Fazastan has reached its pinnacle for the year, hundreds, if not thousands of rebellious Fazketian and Yillish teens go into separate groups with one common goal: to establish their own "'teacherless' microstates of Fazastan" because of their obssession with the idea of freedom. However, both Fazketians and Yillies "go to war" in their respective groups: the "Fazketian People's Paradise" (FPP) and "Microyillish People's Republic" (MYPR). Thus, the two groups try to expand their influence among other schools to "claim territory" for their "countries". And though they use Nerf guns to "eliminate" other opposing rebels, some extremist FPP/MYPR members resort to fighting via kitchen knives and hot frying pans, resulting in a rise of concerns among the population. President Harrington's response to this are as follows: "Whatever this kids are doing, whether they wish to establish their own state, create an organization for ambitious goals, or perhaps something else, we should not allow this type of influence to spread. And though the police are handling the more extreme cases, some of most dastardly radicals might even get themselves into more than legal trouble—international trouble. We hope to stop this conflict between the two groups of plethoras of ethnic high schoolers from continuing or even escalating into genuine disruption in education and beyond!" TL;DR: A bunch of high school kids of two different ethnic groups fight over establishing their own "states", and the president is concerned for them because of more dire consequences that could happen should it continue to worsen.
