I haven't done a coloring contest for half a year, lol ^^ So, I put this one together. Drawn on scratch. Here are the rules. 1. You may ONLY use scratch 2. Please fill in the bubbles of what the charcters are saying or erase them. 3. you may give the eevees designs to match your eevee(s) 4. I prefer if you don't animate, besides, it would be hard to animate this drawing, hm? 5. Don't copy anyone else's ideas or drawings. 6. Don't use this drawing for anything other than the contest 7.
