Fictitious refinery that doesn't exist in ST/KE lore or in real life. It's located about seven miles north of Victoria, Texas in its lore and has seven main warning signals: three for in-refinery use and four for in-public use. The sirens used are Whelen WPS-29XX series sirens with Visu-Alert or L31 strobes.
