Click to move, scroll wheel or up arrow to open inventory and see your health. To use a syringe, open your inventory, click once on the syringe and it will follow your cursor. Click it again to put it down. To apply it, drag it to the parasite. Green syringes make the parasite go back, blue ones slow the parasite. To use your laser gun, find lasers on the ground and open your inventory. Move the laser ammo to the barrel on the top right. Then click on the barrel when it is filled with lasers. Hold the right arrow key until it is done to ready it. Then press space with your inventory closed to deter the monster. After you are done with that, hold your mouse click over the barrel in your inventory to break the lasers and make it ready to use again. Tips: You can easily escape a monster if you can click fast enough. If you don't have any green medicine, use the blue medicine to slow down the parasite. You can do a lot with one arm!
