Added FPS counter, halved clone usage, Quality 1 now is available. I suspect that using clones does not improve efficiency whatsoever, not if I use it to a large degree. I will have to do some testing. I am not rendering the background via pen because it would flicker if you change the quality, so I just removed the background cold altogether since it required to be the same color to be safe.
