Added Clone counter, fixed Clone deletion, and fixed Quality limits. (Quality limit fix was backported to RTSR Clone 2: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/777832349) I am not rendering the background via pen because it would flicker if you change the quality, so I just removed the background cold altogether since it required to be the same color to be safe.
