ALL ENTITES ARE UNOFFICAL AT THE MOMENT ENTITY-007 CLASSIFICATION: DANGEROUS UNIT: HAZARDOUS Description: Entity-007, also known as "The Watchers," is a humanoid entity with a bright white light on its head. It measures approximately 7 feet 4 inches in height. Entity-007 has been observed to stand near or act as streetlights, particularly in rural areas. Reports of its presence have been documented in Russia and the United States, specifically in the states of Ohio and the russian city of ████. It is believed that there are at least two of these entities in existence. Entity-007 has the ability to remain unseen unless it is within a range of 10 seconds from attacking. If provoked, Entity-007 is known to enter a "rage" mode in which any light within a 20 meter radius may explode.Entity-007 has been recorded running at speeds of 91 kilometers per hour, although its top speed has not yet been confirmed. When attacking in a rage, Entity-007 is known to spare no effort in destroying its prey, similar to Entity-███. It is capable of tearing its victims to shreds. There have been 36 documented homicides attributed to Entity-007, but only 23 bodies have been discovered. Its true number of victims is currently unknown. Procedures: In order to effectively contain Entity-007, it is important to first identify its location. This can be achieved through surveillance in known areas of its presence. Once the location of Entity-007 has been identified, caution should be exercised when approaching the entity, as it has the ability to remain unseen unless it is within close proximity to attacking. To mitigate the risk of provoking Entity-007 and triggering its "rage" mode, in which light within a 20 meter radius may explode, the use of flashlights or other sources of light may be effective in keeping the entity at a distance and disorienting it. Protective gear, such as gloves, helmet, and body armor, should also be worn to minimize the risk of injury should physical contact with Entity-007 be necessary. In the event that it becomes necessary to capture Entity-007, it may be helpful to have a plan in place utilizing non-lethal methods such as tranquilizers. Entity-007 has yet to be contained.
