This is another siren I filmed in Oregon, in the small town of McDowell, about thirty minutes away from Feldspar. This is at their VFD, and apparently this thing only runs alert for tests. If it was an emergency warning of any kind it would have run in wail or fast wail, with wail meaning "evacuate" and fast wail meaning "take cover" according to an emergency responder who was kind enough to let me know. The town's EMA is very enthusiast-friendly, and they told me once in a while they also do a random growl test sometime between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM once a week, but never told me when specifically.
Whoever made the S-10
