The council of Sildjiak never wanted war. Now we want a chance to keep living on as a country. We present to you a document. Signing this document will declare a truce between all countries involved in the war, and will grant experiment awareness to all parties involved. This may seem sudden of us, but we do not want what little land we have left scraped away from us. We realize that Elements and the Mobile City have not reached their full potential. Please.
