My first try was in 2D: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/615164630 To make 3D, I tried a golden angle sphere. Then I changed my golden angle sphere project into a cone. All these models are based on golden angle turns, 1.6108.... of a turn, spaces dots out creating Fibonacci spirals, as do pine cones, pineapples, and many flowers. Transparency allows additional interplay between spirals. The slider variable is multiplied by the angle, so resulting color relates to the golden angle turns.
