Entertainment, opened in January 1975 and dedicated to making comics and animated TV shows until it went defunct in November 2007, making both ITS and Ya! independent companies while Ya! Entertainment was adquired by ITS for $12,000,000 in January 2014. The company's name was also formed from the initals of their founders."
