The only unused ones are the 7th and 10th. 1st amendment: Freedom of: -Religion -Assembly -Press -Petition -Speech 2nd amendment: Right to bear arms 3rd amendment: Right not to quarter soldiers in your home (don't have to house soldiers) 4th amendment: Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. 5th amendment: No double jeopardy (No being tried for the same crime twice) Right to remain silent Others that aren't used 6th amendment: Guarantees a trial by jury Guarantees a public and speedy trial The accused must be told the exact charge against them The accused has the right to hear and question all witnesses against them Right to a lawyer 8th amendment: No excessive bail No cruel and unusual punishment 9th amendment: The people have the right to privacy and such
