I had to add a few details like the gold trim and skull buttons for my drawing because my art style is less cartoony. (Is that even a word?) I could totally use the original as a simplified/chibi version for memes and distance shots. Their design low key* reminds me of Muffet and Howl fused, so I have drawn a royal them fatale. I love them. *In case you haven't noticed, I'm very funny.
I was thinking I could name them Grindalokkur, since it supposedly means "cellar spider" (as in the species) in Faroese. Note that I say supposedly because there are no good translating sources for Faroese. I love three things in life and only three: funky monster character designs, cool etymology and making references to a semi-niche mythology character who deserves more love, unlike a cERTAIN LEMON LIME DESCENDANTS REJECT WHO REEKS OF GREASE AND CORPORATE SHAME.
