If you share your responses on scratch, they will not be anonymous, but if I share any results, those will be anonymous. Click the green "Remix" button to submit a response. Inside the project, click the "Costumes" tab. Fill out the form using the costume editor tools. You can fill tickboxes in with the fill bucket, or just draw over them.
