Crio is a manifestation of Claire's emotions. She can control if people do or don't see him. The pink masses attached to crio are crystals Crio is kind of like a stand, but retains physical form, and can be seen by anybody if Claire wishes. Crio is mostly neutral until provoked, or told to attack. Claire will show you Crio if you are a good enough friend to her, or if she is going to use him to excute you.
Pretty cool character in my opinion. @JustHayden08 helped design Crio, big thanks to him. :D
