Ragton NEON appears! Everyone's favorite businessman now has almost all the power he needs... He just needs your SOUL! Not fought on a pacifist route, but a FIRESTORM route! While the neon suit is normally used by a Goner, in all the chaos of the mansion burning, Ragton slipped into the basement and became NEO. Then he killed the Goner using the suit and took it for himself! A NEON suit uses a lot of power, having both a GIGA and NEO power core, so he just needs that [[CupidArrowTipLikeShape]] to reach [TrueForme]. Sadly, Scratch messed up some of the colors. (You can tell because of the yellow wire on the above Ragton.)
