i was bored so i created a hellish limbo. - bill probably obviously it's not the best, but i was in school so i only had a mousepad and a terrible chromebook to make this on lmao. CONTEXT: in the pokemon games, you use a storage system called "pokemon boxes", in which you can store your pokemon. the guy who made the boxes is Bill from the Kanto region. the boxes are all on his PC, where many porygon just hang around.
i made the porygon-z and the particles. the floating/roaming porygon are just the official sprites for the pokemon lol.
