hint : it's a 1989 Chinese mini car that you never seen of it the car was owned by the People’s Liberation Army the Production started in 1988 it was powered by a Daihatsu sourced ‘AB20’ two-cylinder engine with an output of 28hp and mated to a 4-speed manual it was extremely rare car it ended up as taxis on the streets of Xi’an the logo looks like a Audi the prototype version (on the last pic) looks like a yugo to me
