I'm not really an android expert, but I've seen videos and news articles about the phone's batteries exploding. I saw one article where a 6 year old boy got burned when a samsung galaxy note 7 battery exploded on his hand. samsung recalled the phone as a result, and it got discontinued 2 months after the phone came out. they did revive the note 7 however, but it was under a new name, the samsung galaxy note fan edition. they fixed the battery exploding issue. the samsung galaxy note 7 is by far the worst smartphone ever made. It just didn't need to exist in the first place.
