Basically, there are 3 divisions to this alliance. Division 3 (countries at the bottom of the prism) have an increased amount of trading between them. Division 2 (middle) is the same as 1, but the countries inside have access to Crimtanium. Division 1 (top) is the same as 1 and 2, but countries inside will send aid to other Division 1 members when attacked. If you want to join, just ask (specify which division though)
