EDIT 2- To clear up confusion, the official song name is “Dumb Dumb” and when people make the meme, they call it “Everyone is Dumb” - @SparklingWolfDragon They call it “Everyone is Dumb” due to during the chorus Mazie sings "Everyone is Dumb" to show how people are dumb enough to believe fake media/news, which is what the song is about. -@Leafwillow20 Rules and things- Be nice! Don’t guilt trip or brag too much. Use all your own art and animation- don’t steal. Don’t animate in the backdrops! It can be hard to put it together in a complete map if you do, but up to 3 backdrops is allowed. Don’t use a lot of sprites. 4 at most. If you are using clones, be sure to delete all of them, not just hide them, once the part is over. This prevents lag when the finished product comes out. Remember, no scripts, pallets, or restrictions! Do whatever! ^^ All levels of animations and artists are allowed. I won’t be picky! You don’t have to ask to make a TNE, just make it! The codeword is in the sprite! Use the fake codeword, dumb, too. Amv and Pmv are both allowed. Gore and b/00d are allowed a respectable amounts. Don’t go overboard! Flashing lights, eyestrain, disturbing images and b/00d need a warning. I will ask you to add one if you don’t. You can have up to 4 parts! Any more would be kind of hard to manage, right?
