It is a one button encoder/decoder! The cipher has a pattern which allows it to do it with one script. The pattern is easy to see. It starts like this: a=b b=a c=d d=c e=f f=e and on and on and on. So, all I had to use was the encoding OR the decoding script. It might take a while to understand, but you should be able to understand this.
