Meme definition#2, a humorous image, video, piece of text, etc., that is copied (often with slight variations) and spread rapidly by internet users.
Meme - Definition #1 (noun): "An element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation." At first it may seem like it, but the part that throws it off from being a meme[1] is where the definition says "An element of a culture or system of behavior," as it fits neither.
