once upon a time, i tried to make a card game. i created hundreds of cards, gave it a name (evil dots) and even put my cards into categories; item cards, player cards, crime cards, special cards. all was looking good. but then! the rules! how to make a card game actually fun? all in all this was never finished but now its up to YOU. (lucky you) I have (almost) all the cards you will ever need (and then some) plus some templates for you to create more. the original idea was to, throughout the game, commit crimes against other players, recruit as much characters as possible to your cause (making money) and end up with the most money. however, you can completely ignore the original idea (unless you think you are better than me), and you can change the cards to suit your game. btw i was planning on printing these out, not coding the game on scratch. thats kind of impossible.
