Could End have been dead? Maybe, maybe not. A small insect quietly approached him, and yelled about how End was still alive. "Aah!" End exclaimed as he rolled over. End was surprised to see he was as thin as a paper. "Egad!" the insect said, "He's alive!" About 28 more insects started to come near End. He couldn't make out what they were saying. And then it all happened so quickly: a wolf came behind the insects; not making a sound.
