The encircled arcian troops surrender and agree to fight for Opura, allowing them to easily advance towards Toxera. However, with the support of the Kane Republic, Arcland manages to stop Opura from reaching Ashver.
Toned down the size of the kanish army, due to them not being very high in the power level rankings at the moment, and removed some of the troops in fazastan (they aren't a part of our alliance, so war could be declared for that)
